Prejudiced?

After 25 years I am proud to announce that I have finally read Pride and Prejudiced. I've owned a copy for years and years and just never made time to read it. Then last week I decided that I must be the only girl that hadn't read it and started reading. I LOVED it so much. What a great book. I also watched the newest movie with Keira Knightley. I would really like the watch the 6 hour movie but I don't know where to find it and when will I have time to watch it. That is my dilemna. Now I'm on to Mansfield Park as I have Jane Austen's full collection.

It's good to have a good book around. Especially when you are confined to your house with a sick kid. Yeah, Cole's been sick but I think, I hope that he's over it now. I'll probably come down with it tomorrow or something.

Yay! Pride and Prejudice is my favorite. You have to see the 6 hour version...it's so worth it. The other version was a big flop in my opinion, but I'm not a Keira fan. Also, the BBC version of Mansfield Park is my new favorite Jane Austen adaptation. I don't know where you can find it, but PBS plays it sometimes. Hope Cole feels better soon!

I'll admit... I've never read it. Me and Kaitlyn can be friends I guess. And I agree with Annalisa... the 6 hour version is so worth it. Its divided into 50 minute "episodes" Check the library... I'd bet they have it. =)

I love Pride and Prejudice! I didn't read it until 2 years ago, though, so I was a little behind as well. The six-hour movie is definitely worth it! I hope Cole is back to normal and you stay healthy!
