When Z and I got married, Z brought to our meager furniture collection his old dresser. It was UGLY. It was beat up with stickers all over it. Poor little C inherited that old dresser when he was born. I intended to refinish the thing but alas it never got done. Until now... Sanded, primed, painted, and new hardware. It looks kinda green in the picture but it's white. Nice and neutral. Impressed? Don't be. Instead check out this adorable dresser redo by my SIL Tomi. She is amazing and I'm always inspired by her craftiness.
