This is my Grandma Hill. Anyone who has ever met her can say that she is the most amazing woman in the world. Grandma is the most Christ-like person ever and so near perfect. I have always been close with Grandma.
On June 29th, Grandma passed away somewhat unexpectedly. Our family minus one brother were with her on the 27th. All my cousins flew in, even my sister came from London so we could all be with her together. After a family prayer and blessing, we sang Grandma's favorite songs and enjoyed our time together.
There are no words to express how much I love my Grandma and will miss her terribly. Everything reminds me of her and I hope that I can make her proud. I know that she is in a better place and watching over all of us.
If I can be half the woman Grandma is then I have been successful. Thank you Grandma for the example that you have set for us. I will love you always.

Sarah I am so sorry to hear about your Grandma. I think that our grandmas are extra special people that have an everlasting mark on us. I am sure she is so proud of you and always has been. You are an amazing person too!
I am so sorry to hear about your grandma. She sounds like such a wonderful person with whom you shared many fond memories. What a special time for you and your family to be together shortly before she passed away. You and your family are in my prayers.
You just brought tears to my eyes. A post like that just made me think of my grandma and how much I miss her too! I'm sorry to hear about your grandma's passing, especially if it was unexpected. Thank heavens for pictures and memories.
