What have we been up to? Where to begin.
L is 3 1/2 months old. She's just over 11 pounds and trying so hard to sit up on her own. She hates to be reclined and tries to pull herself upright. She is sleeping pretty well. We've been really working on that.
C is talking so much and it is much easier to understand him. He loves to sing, especially when he thinks we're not listening. He knows most of "Jesus wants me for a Sunbeam" and loves to sing it over and over.
Both kids were sick last week. I barely got sleep for several days and I literally thought I was going to lose my mind. When Zack kicked me out of the house on Sat. for 4 hours I thought that I had died and gone to heaven. I needed something to do to kill time. I didn't want to have to talk to anyone or use my brain. So, as pathetic as it sounds I went to a movie by myself. I saw "Dear John" I was expecting a sob fest. I expected it to remind me of the times when Z was deployed and we were writing back and forth. Well, the movie wasn't anything like I expected and instead of crying, I was angry. It was ok but more disappointing to me than anything.
Z was mentioned in the newspaper today. Not by name but it was definately him. That's all I'll say about that though. Crazy situation.
I'm off since I have a free moment and both kiddos are sleeping.

I totally know that feeling -- when you just need to get out but not actually DO anything. Hope the kiddos are feeling better and you are getting some sleep!
TOTALLY! just wandering Target's isles aimlessly is awesome therapy.
and no worries. I watch movies by myself too. :)
I'm glad to took a break -- they are essential to sanity! Way to go to the movie by yourself. I see it as the epitome of confidence. :)
